Exploring the legendary world of the GAA with Nóra Ní Anluain Fay, and Ben Sullivan Choreographed by Nóra Ní Anluain Fay

Thanks to Uillinn Arts Centre, Galway Dance, Dance Ireland, Scene and Heard Festival of New Work O'Donovan Rossa GAA

It premiered at Scene and Heard Festival 2024 in Dublin, then travelled to the Centre Culturel Irlandais in Paris, Galway Theatre Festival, Mermaid Arts Centre Bray and Dublin Fringe Festival where it was nominated for Best Performer, The Radical Spirit Award and The George Fitzmaurice Award at the Dublin Fringe Awards 2024. It was deemed a must see by The Irish Times, RTÉ Culture, District Magazine, Buzzin Dublin, District Magazine and the Irish Independent.

In 2025 it had a sold out summer tour and then a truly wondrous ten show National Tour in the autumn.

Please Break my Heart

Based on the idea that all the classic films, books, songs are all about love and heartbreak. As a maker trying to actively get your heart broken to have content for a show. 

Choreographed and performed by Nóra Ní Anluain Fay. Supported by Uillinn Arts Centre, Shawbrook Dance, Mermaid Arts Centre, the Irish Arts Centre New York and St John’s Theatre.

Performed at Scene and Heard Festival 2025 and closed Uillinn Dance Season 2025.

of adulthood. A romanticised trailer on the idea of growing up.
